i know alot of men who hve colonics but i was wondering if any women have them too or they find the procedure (colon clensing) too embarrassing

Well... embarassing? yeah, but so is a trip to the GYN... I would think more men would stay away from anything going up their butts... but not just embarassing... its also kinda gross too

I have, and I know a few other women who have to. It isn't something to brag about, but it didn't embarrass me either, not even to talk about it to someone who wants to know what they do.
