If you believe that it was God who made you, then what does it matter if he is watching you when you get undressed or, for that matter, when you may be doing other things such as when you have sex? If he is watching you, then you should be happy that he is interested in your welfare. There is nothing you can hide from God!
Many people believe that God is all merciful, and we should be thankful for this.
In respect of your follow-up question. Your parents have seen you naked from childhood, till about say 7 or 8 years of age or even more, depending upon individual cases. Many moms also teach their daughters (and dads their sons) the facts of life and sex (monthly periods, nightfall, etc.) and dont feel shy of showing their own naked bodies to the children for better understanding. While one neednt undress in front of his/her parents, there would be nothing wrong in it if the parents have no objection. I know a couple of cases where the parents themselves undress in front of their children, and children in front of parents. After initial shyness, the novelty of nudity wears of, and these are considered to be normal day to day events.

When I get undressed, before taking a bath or shower, I tend to revert back to being like a small child. I even laugh, giggle, and sing silly songs, thinking everything is funny and cute. I am too distracted with all that to worry what I look like, which is probably just as silly!
I think that is how God sees us, as little children even if we live in grown up bodies. Most people I know are like overgrown kids anyway, myself especially!
On some level, we are all like kids on the playground who may fight and tease or say ugly things until we learn to get along and play and share together without jealousy or fear or hurt. When I look at people that way, like overgrown kids, any appearance or behavior does not bother as much, as I focus on the childlike heart inside all of us that purely seeks to love and to be loved.

Depite the fact that we are all different from each other, anatomically we're all the same (apart from male/female differences). I really don't think God would care what we look like undressed. I'm sure he doesn't make a point of taking a peek whenever we're naked.
In regards to your follow up question, about our parents seeing us naked. I don't particularly think that's a great problem either, so long as parents aren't going out of their way to see you naked. If they see you, then big deal, do you think they really care what you look like naked anyway?

That's like asking if you are bothered undressing in front of a mirror. Of course not. There is nothing new under the sun.

Well... I don't believe in God. But back when I was a child and was questioning Heaven at least I wondered "Are my elders watching me undress? etc." It bothered me for a while. Eventually I stopped thinking about it and now just don't believe in Heaven either. I never totally believed in it in the first place though.

have you ever considered the fact that you are born naked? Doesn't God have better things to do than watch each of us undress? I am too busy to watch anyone in my family undress-let alone -all of creation.

If there is a god he isn't some bearded white man peeping through your windows, so really there is nothing to worry about. If there is a god and he/she made you, s/he knows what you look like anyway.
What you should really be worried about are all those perverted little rats, cockroaches, flies etc that are sneaking a peak at you all the time.

I think God knows what you look like naked whether she is watching you get undressed or not at a particular moment, so no.

God is a many things at the same time:
A savior, a hero, the One, the beginning and the end, a perv, a sadist, a peeping tom, and a murderer.
People don't like to think about it. But "technically speaking" it's true.
And so is every angel around us. And those of our loved ones who have died.
No privacy around here.

When I was a really small child I thought that God, Jesus, Mary and ghosts were looking at me when I was naked. I didn't like it. Now I just worry about the ghost of my grandfather seeing me have sex. I try to block it out.
