I need to gett a workout schedule that tells me what muscles to work out on what days to maximum improvement. I know muscles need their rest to heal and regenerate and thats how they get bigger, But when I try to work out, i end up doing an exercise that I cant do because im too sore from the workout i did the day before or the day before that. I want to work out every other day, 3 times a day. I dont have equipment, all i have are dumbells and my room because i am studying and working. Please help.

u might start reading some books on bodybuilding for the start. because there is one rule - u don't work out the same group of muscles every day. one day is enough for muscles to recouperate, but as u have 3 major muscle groupe it takes 2 days to recouperate - one day u do chest, one day back, one day legs. u might do arms either together with them or get one separate day for arms. i work out every day, but cos i do all groups separately isore muscles never interfere with my workout. and if i was doing chest and today i have to do back but my chest muscles re so sore i can't work, i just do legs. or arms.
