The human body can be a beautiful thing, There's no need to be embarrassed about it. Yes women do look at their selves naked, we obsess over our bodies just as much as men. We all have something we don't like about our appearance. It's normal.

All men and women look at their mirror images when naked, sometime or the other. If they like what they see, well and good. If not, they should, if they are serious, see what needs to be done to have a better body.
One's body is one's own and there is no reason for anyone to feel embarrassed about seeing it naked; people should feel proud of their bodies.

I look at myself and not get embarrassed. Women got to confront themselves and be honest about what they see. If there's a need to be on diet or for other medical reasons...women got to ask the mirror on the wall. Personally, I love myself and im not embarrassed of those imperfections. As long as Im healthy and within my normal weight range...I feel perfect !!!

I'm glad so many of you like what you see. I see that my butt is spreading the longer I sit in front of this stinking computer. I'm sure you all don't see that at all..noooo. *cough*
I take a shower and believe it or not, I do it without my clothes on...well, sometimes on saturdays I shower with my clothes on, just to get some laundry done at the same time... ever multi-tasking, I tell ya! But anyways, right in front of the shower is a mirror, it extends from one wall all the way to the next wall. Thank gosh, that way I can see allllllll of my big butt. *whew*. So, yeah, we look at ourselves. So. Naked. Woo & hoo. I'm over it. =)

u mean bathing suit right! Well we will look......but why would someone feel embarrass some people should learn to love their body!!! Also if they don't they could always loose some fat by exercising......its could be hard but always know that u can do it!
Besides if u feel self-consicious just go to a gym like 24 hour fitness!

Dude, I think everyone looks as themselves in the mirror at one point of another. And beyond embarrassment, it's pure human curiosity. No big deal whatsoever.

I saw my girl friend looking at her self in the mirror. I told her how sexy she looks. Now when she looks at her self and she knows that if I am watching her, she will put on a sexy show, i hope that you know the rest of the story.

I do. Generally I like what I see. When I put on a lot weight recently, seeing myself naked really opened my eyes to how much my body had changed. I didn't recognize myself. That prompted me to diet and lose the extra weight.

I hate my body so I try not too!
but my bathroom has huge mirrors all through it.
