LOL I thought I was the only one that made me less hungry. I was ready for all kinds of people posting messages about how stupid I am or how stupid of a question this was.

So I guess that getting on the bike when you get hungry is a good way to stick to your diet?

Less. On days that I don't exercise, I feel more hungry than on days when I exercise.

As a general rule it makes you more hungry because it speeds up your metabolic rate so you burn the food off faster and thus want more. But if you feel less hungry then thats great for you!

IDK...
everything makes me hungry, especially this year, I'm not getting any fatter, but my stomach always hurts like 20 minutes after I stop eating, so I eat more, 20 minutes later, same thing...
it sucks, only thing that makes me less hungry is my ADHD meds...
it's like focalin or something,
oh, and your not supposed to take more than 1 per 6 hours or something, but it dosen't kill you, cause I accidently did that a couple times, like after staying up overnight for Homework, and then I had like super ADHD, I really couldn't sit down.
oh yeah, and I wasn't hungry.

More. For me - it seems like a lot more. It's a bummer too - because the exercise burns calories - but then it's soooooo hard not to just turn around and consume them.

i go running like 2-3 miles every couple of days and it always suppresses my appetite. when i don't run for a week or more, i get so incredibly hungry all the time.
