You can pick up an inexpensive corkscrew at the grocery/drug/hardware store. Get the kind that has two wing-like pieces opposite each other beside the main piece. When you get it out of the package, move the "wings" up with your left hand (assuming you're right-handed) and hold them against the main center piece. That exposes the actual screw; then puncture the cork in the CENTER with the screw, being sure to hold it perfectly VERTICAL. Release the "wings" so that they are in the down position beside the main center piece. While holding the center piece in place with your left hand right at the top of the bottle, turn the top handle that will make the screw go down into the cork. Screw it all the way down till the screw is completely imbedded in the cork. By now the wings have raised themselves vertically.
Grasp both "wings" and quickly but gently force them down. As you do this, the cork will come out most or all the way out of the bottle. You can wiggle it and pull it out if it has not come all the way out. Viola! Be sure that you have removed any plastic or paper from around the lip of the bottle so that it will pour out without spilling. One last thing, if you turn the lip of the bottle slightly with your wrist as you finish pouring and raise it, you are less likely to have it spill or run down the side of the bottle. A little practice should make you a good wine server. BTW, I do hope that you are of legal age to be drinking alcohol.

You'll need a drill, with a 3/4" paddle bit. Hold the bottle in one hand, center the tip on the end of the paddle bit in the middle of the cork, and drill straight down the cork. Be sure to hold the bottle at an angle to avoid having bits of cork fall in the wine.

If you don't have a corkscrew then get a screw, screwdriver, hammer and pliers. Screw the screw into cork. Then take hammer and pull it out a little. Then take the pliers and pull it out.
