Hard to give specific advice without knowing details. However some general advice is:

-if stress is the problem for you either eliminate the stress factor, or find someway to manage your stress(eg times for relaxation)
-depending on your beliefs you need to make time for yourself so you can relax/pray/meditate etc.
-if you are having too many stimulants(such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee etc) you will need to cut back on them. These stimulants can be ok in moderation, but relying on them too much can eventually cause problems with the nervous system.
-make sure you are allowing yourself plenty of time for rest/sleep
-some light excercise is great, but certainly don't push yourself to exhaustion
-get out into some fresh air regularly if you can(ie. beach, natural setting) and breath deeply and relax. This can sometimes help you get a different idea or perspective on things.
-must watch what you eat as well. Refined sugars aren't too good, especially if over-consuming them(eg softdrinks, biscuits, icecream, sugared yoghurts and desserts.........). A much better choice if you feel like something sweet are fresh/dried fruits & natural sugars such as honey. Try to eat mainly wholesome, minimally processed, nourishing foods regularly such as fresh fruits/veg, raw nuts and seeds, virgin oils, grains, legumes, lean meats, chicken, fish, eggs & dairy as desired. Most importantly listen to your body, don't eat if not hungry.

Hope some of these suggestions help. The nervous system certainly can be healed, but can take a little while.

all the best

Talk to someone right away about what is going for you, and how you feel. Ask for help, don't be scared to say something, it could save your life. You might want to try to determine where your stress level is at and debrief it with someone, a professional would be the best but if there is someone handy - say something now and take care of yourself - you're the only you there is!!

Well you can send the kids away and spend a whole week someplace quiet with your man (woman) havign good sex, lots of laughter and fun.

You can also get a massage, paint your nails, have a facial and just enjoy a "ME" day.

Remember you are not alone. Millions suffer from similar conditions. Seek professional help within your community and allow them to help. This is not your fault and is not a weakness, it's a illness! Hang in there!

take time for you

remember to take care of yourself, because, you cannot take care of anybody else if you are in poor health

get enough sleep, eat healthy, exercise, maintain friendships, help others and do something good for someone else every day...

I know these sound like common sense or pat answers but they truly do help...
