why and the hell would dodgeman be better able to answer this question? because he has dodge in his screen name?

after reading some of his posts, i question his actuall ability, especially since how can he wrench on cars when he spends SOOO MUCH time answering these questions.

if your asking which one is going to be faster, the answer is more then likely the Viper. if your asking which one would someone rather have, that is up to you or that person, but i would rather have the Challenger.

I'm not Dodge man but any time you can buy a new car instead of buying a used car do it. Used cars = someone's headaches. And this is especially true if it is a performance car. A few missed shifts and few engine over -revves etc.
With new car you also get the new car warranty as well.

Well, I don't own my own repair shop and I'm not a certified mechanic of 36 years....but I'm damn qualified to answer THIS one: Viper.

Well the Challanger is cooler.Vipers don't impress me because the engine really isn't as powerful as it should be...ala,Porsche Carrera GT...compare those two motors you will realize that the Dodge is poorly designed. But what do i know?...I'm a Toyota guy. ;)
