well i bearly started to work on wendsday..
the only reason im working is to buy presents for christmas and to make my boyfriend a surprice b-day party.. i dont need money for anything else cause my parents give me everything i need.. but the problem is that my boyfriend doesnt want me to work.. we always get in arguments cause of my job.. he tells me i dont need a job., to just concentrate in school,,but i cant tell him im working to get money to make him a "surprice party"..he also tells me that he wants to see me more cause we hardly see each other now.. so should i stop working and not make him a party.. or should i keep working and make him the party???

Keep working!!! You have set a goal for yourself (throwing a party and buying gifts) and have realized what you need to do to make that happen. By getting a job, you have taken the first step to becoming self sufficient- a very important skill in adulthood.

Its the thought that counts honey, not the amount of gift you can afford...party can be thrown in many ways...how about pot luck part for once, you don have to spend money and can have alot of fun.
