can i still grow taller? i had my period when i was 10. my mum grow until she was 22 and now im joining volleyball club? does volleyball can help me grow more taller and i drink a lot of milk i take a about 1400 mg a day can i grow more taller? my mum is 161 dad is 173 grandfather 6'1" uncle 6 ft auntie 5'4 on my fathers side my mums side grandmum 5'5 grandfather 5'7 and there siblings are about 6 ft will someone can pls help me?pls thanks!

and i also do alot of stretching everyday and i also take calcuim tablets and i eat a lot and i also sleep 7 hours above but always about 9 hours can those things can help me grow more taller? help me pls thanks

I don't think any of these things will make you grow taller. You'll just have to wait and see - be happy with what God's given you

You should ask your mom when she started her period. Puberty turns on your growth spurt and it ends after a certain amount of time. Since you started puberty early you may stop growing early. But if your family is tall, you will probably end up tall as well. Keep up a healthy diet, that will help.

since your family is pretty tall, so should you

volleyball helps, like basketball, because you use your arms and legs alot

maybe take some vitamin D, vitamin A, or calcium tablets???

you should grow a bit more, depending on how far in puberty you are, and other factors
