Are there any good sources of information (Books, Webpages, Movies) for those that suffer from depression and anxiety? Nonfiction, but Fiction as well.

"The Road Less Travelled" by M. Scott Peck..My therapist gave it to me.. It helped tremendously.

Check out this website. Cymbalta.com Depression...hurts everyone. It is a great website to get information. This medication is like a combination of two different acting medications for depression.

I found it to be soooo helpful. About 6 months ago, my husband started taking it. What a huge difference. We have a much better relationship than ever before. We really talk and share things with each other more than ever.

Good luck to you. I am proud of you for standing up and saying you need help. It takes a strong person to do that.

A good book to read is called, Seach for Significance.

Les Miserables. Victor Hugo. (Fiction.) It is an awesome book. If you have time, read the unabridged version (1200 pages).

If you want to get worse read "The Bell Jar" by Sylvia Plath.
If you want to get better read "Emotional Resilience" by David Viscott, MD.
