yes and no. yes because she can still be in love with her ex even though he's moved on and so has she (or at least attempted) or she's just trying to make the guy jealous. No because she may be confused about wheat love is if she thinks she is in love with two guys at the same time.
**this is all assuming that we are talking about grown people. High school/junior high school is completely different

No, because by doing this you being un faithful to your partner. If you really love somebody else why not you tell him the truth and find someone else. By doing this you will save your reputation and not hurting his feeling more deeply. Good luck

She could realize she has strong feelings for someone else. If she's emotionally involved with someone, and realizes that she has true feelings for someone else, she should end the relationship she's in. If she doesn't, she's hurting everyone involved in the situation, and it's not love if you are with someone else.
