well im not really chubby just have a lil stomach but my bf insist on me losing weight n to get a flat stomach and i want a flat stomach to but you see nothing seems so work i really dont like exercising but my bf is really making me feel bad saying i have to lose weight etc so i was thinking of not eating for atleast a wk until it burns some of my stored fat n when i lost my desired weight ill start eating again. dont think im mental o anything cuz im not but do you think ill work and if i stop eating for awhile n after a wk i start eating again would i gain all of the weight back. plz help

first of all, ur bf should not be doin dis to you. if u would ever decide to lose weight it should be your decision. i mean once u lose the weight...what next will he say needs to be changed from ur body. he sounds like a controllin jerk and he s sooo not worth ur time girlie.
if YOU feel like losing a few pounds, do it the healthy way. eat health healthy foods and keep yourself moving. starvation will only make u weak and make u gain even more once u start eating again. good luck :)

Okay, first of all any man that wants you to lose weight is not worth your time.

Second of all if you stop eating your body will go into starvation mode and will slow down your metabolism so that you will at first lose weight. But over time the weight loss will stop and then when you start eating again your metabolism will not speed up until you have gained all the weight you lost back and probably then some.

If you want to lose weight healthfully, eat less and move more. Be it giving up soda, chips, or snacks and just adding a walk a day you will lose weight. And you will be healthier without the junk food.

well 1st of all if yo bf iz anoying u saying loose weight dump him and dont try not 2 eat 4 a week just keep eating healthy food atleast work out a little bit then if u dont like my answer then look on websites
