What do you do when your dating a guy that you really like and out of the blue your ex calls you up and says that he wants to get back with you?

You tell your ex that you're with someone else and you want to see how it goes before you screw it up. Be friendly and gentle about it so that there is always a possibility of staying friends or getting back together later if you want to, but he needs to know that you are currently attached. I did have the same situation. I was on break with a guy while we were fighting, but we were still together, and my ex while I was hanging out with him asked me out of nowhere to take him back, so I just gave him a big hug and explained to him that I could never do that to the guy I was currently with.

First find out why your ex all of a sudden wants to get back together. Then let your ex know you are seeing someone else and listen and look for his reaction. Did he hear somewhere that you were dating someone else? Just make sure it is really worht going backwards for.

well, obviously u still like your ex or u wouldnt be here asking... lol... but isnt that funny... doesnt that always happens.. no one ever wants u until u r with someone else. I would choose the one you really have the strongest feelings for. But dont hurt the other guy. If that is not impossible to do.

you need to find out why he is calling you and if you really like the guy that you are with you shouldn't even care if your ex calls
if you think that your ex is the love of your life really look into it if not forget him dont take a step back take a step forward

IF OUT OF THE BLUE HE CALL YOU, THEN TELL HIM OUT
OF THE BLUE THAT YOU ARE WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND
THAT YOU NOT INTESTESED IN ANY THING HE HAS TO SAY
UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BACK WITH THE EX. THEN
YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM ON YOUR HAND.
