so i go to a private school where i know every single student and im kinda over all of them but i want to meet some guys and have some options. and i dont know how. im really shy and its hard for me to like go up to people randomly and stuff. and i just kinda want a boy right now. lol. and noooo im not desperate.

Try just talking to ppl, sometimes getting to know ppl will be a way to figure out who they are. Get involved in activities and you can meet guys that way too. Guys want to meet good looking girls so don't be shy...just talk!

The best thing you can do is not try to find a guy. You will come off as being desperate and unfortunately there are too many boys out there that will take advantage of that. The best way to meet people is to do things you enjoy or are interested in. Join some school groups or community groups. This will bring you in contact with people that have similar interests. Once you have a foundation of commonality deeper relationships may develop. Whatever you do do not pretend to be someone you are not to attract a boy. Anyone that does not like you for you is not worth having.

Try and go to parties hosted by people from other schools.
Hang out at some (underage?) clubs.
Try espinthebottle.com
Get invovled in some community clubs or classes.
Get a job, you'll be exposed to more people and get some cash.
Do you play sports? Talk to the people at the other schools.
And being shy, well, I can relate. Getting a job where you deal with people (waiting, at a clothing store, etc) will help you get over that, as will just talking to people. I know it is hard at first, but it will really start to get easier, I promise.

There are hundreds of things available and many give back to the community find a group or organization that works for a civic or charitable cause...if need be organize a club or group to visit old folks homes, hospitals and children's homes every county has one of each ...organize a drive for blood donors, gift giving..even helping old people to maintain their homes..if in a region where it snows get together a group to shovel sidewalks or driveways...you are who needs to get you involved trust me even if you never find a 'boy' you'll enjoy the contentment from having done good for a stranger/the community...

Get involved in some extra curricular activities where you can meet new people. Perhaps organise a lunch or a party and ask guests to bring an ex or a friend that they have no romantic interest in but they would like to set up. Find a way to meet people doing things that you enjoy.

Sweetheart, unless you are hideous or fat, simply walking down the street you will gain the attention of men. Some good and some bad, I do not understand why are you having trouble meeting boys. Look where a lot of boys play sports such as a basketball court.

I'm sorry to hear that people haven't been too helpful with your question.
Honestly, I think that instead of you persuing to find a guy right now, you should wait. Why don't you try getting out of your shell and try to be more talkative with other, whether they are a female or male.
In time, the right guy will come along and persue you, instead of you searching for someone at this time.

Meet your family friends whom you know thru ur parents and try to develop relation with them. And thru them get to know the boys of your school. Else try to do joint study with some guy in library and then get intimate with him

you and one of your friends go out to a movie. it's one of the best places to see and meet guys that you don't already know! and you don't have to approach them, just smile and don't let yourself get all shy and nervous, and you'll have guys talking to you before you know it. guys go to the movies to meet girls! now all you have to do is be there! just give it a try!

Guys go to football games and I would imagine that surrounding schools have games. Even if you don't like football, there are a lot of guys there.
