She is only going to babysit my daughter for 3hours from 6:00am-9:00am. So I just want to know how much should I pay her a day. I go to her house and pick her up and then drop her off.

Well, it would help to know the age of the child and where you live.

Around here I'd say $3 to $5 an hour is acceptable. The higher end would indicate a baby, and the lower end an older child.

Where do you live? The going rate for a babysitter in Australia is 12 dollars an hour

I would say 8-10 dollars per day max.. is is after all only 3 hours, and in all day daycare you would pay around 15 dollars a day.....

$3.50 an hour. that is how much i get paid and it seems pretty reasonable to me. but it also kind of depends on the age of the child. the younger the more work usually. i babysit a girl who is about 4. so she is pretty low maintenance at least for me. but a tiny kid would be harder to keep control of.

I think 5 is good. its not a lot but she isn't doing much. My mom used to pay our babysitter 8 an hour for all day.. YIKES... and since you are providing transportation I think it also makes it so you don't need to pay a lot.
