I am not too sure about your translation as quite often we, french people, tend to understand "psychiatric hospital" when someone use the word "asile". You can see that this french word is pretty close to the english "asylum". So when you say "salle d'asile" I understand "mental ward"

Anyway this is not your question, so here is my answer
salle : the only difficultie in this word is the "a" sound which is like in cat or back or hat (this is a short "a" sound")

asile : (remember that the final "e" is always silent in french), the "a" sound is the same as in "salle", the "s" is pronounced like a "z" sound" and the "i" is like in Keel or need

sall d' asile - just say it like that and you will be ok. The a is silent and the l is light. idnogre the '. thats about it. or you could take spanish class instead cause in a ******* world, it will be more useful.
