I got saved after I was married, and the love of my life, my darling husband does not know Jesus. We have open sharing discussions, he comes to church with me once a month which makes me very happy. I never push him, I love him too dearly to do that. He has a great rapport and respect for my preacher who is very down to earth and friendly, but you know how it is when you love someone so much and are worried for them. Would you please unite with me in prayer for my beloved's salvation?
God Bless you all xx

Dear Alan
I have absolutely no problems loving my sweetheart of a husband. He is kind, generous, loving, a wonderful father and grandfather. He treats me like his queen and I treat him like my loving king. It's just that I do, with my entire heart and soul, because I know how Jesus changed ME, KNOW that there is truth in what the Bible says, (and please don't misunderstand me; I mean in no way for you to take this as me undermining anyone else's views) I'm talking about my OWN personal experience with Jesus. It would be only reasonable in that case since I love my husband so much for me to be so concerned about him. I hope you can respect this and not take offense.

Congratulations on having such a wonderful spouse. He sounds like a lucky man to be loved so much. But why is it that you have trouble accepting him the way he is? If he is a good man and is happy then you need to either accept that in a loving way or accept it as your problem and not his.

Sorry to sound harsh. But you both need to fix this in your relationship. I have some experience in this matter and I know how damaging it can be until you get square with it.

Good luck,
a

I will pray that the Lord will sent the Holy Spirit to enlighten your husband as Jesus said that no man comes to him except the Father in heaven draws him.

The Catholic church catalogues miracles so that it can know when certain outstanding people get into Heaven. These miracles can bring someone to faith, generally, because they are healing miracles, which don't fit "reasonably" into medicine, and as determined by physicians.

Maybe it will help?:

Yes my sister prayed for years for her unsaved husband. She said "How can I be in heaven without you ?"

May the love of God assured and comforts you on your husband's salvation.

Pray that he will come when it is time....do not try to pressure him or it will turn him away instead of bringing him closer....Be a living example....that is mainly what you should do.....pray that God enables you to be a living example of how a follower of Christ should be like!!

your husband is going to be fine whether he believe in your god or not. if there is a god and he is of any sort of justice, he will take whoever good to heaven, regardless of the person's religious affiliation.
