Either you're getting bored/tired with the conversation and it's time to hang up due to being on the phone what seems like forever or you're not really into her that much.

Because you are in bed when you speak to her and you know that she says it at the end of the conversation just before you go to sleep.
OR
She says it so often that it has lost all meaning and you're bored of hearing it.

YOU REALLY DONT FEEL AS SHE DOES THEN TELL HER
