If being hurt is painful, but why have to return it back?

Yea, yea... What I mean here is...
You've been hurt by somebody and you want the person to feel what exactly you have been through.
Does that make sense?

if what you are saying if some one hurts you why hurt them back, you shouldn't you should return their bad with good repay evil with love.
i know this is hard to do but repay bad with good .
