I've tried thousands of different lip therapy for my chapped lips which I would have all year long even in the summer time until I tried Savannah bee company Beeswax. You can get this at any Bath and Body Works store and they now have them flavored I haven't tried any flavored yet but I'm sure that they work just as well as the regular. One tin of 3 oz will cost you $4.00 it's a real deal too!

First, you really should drink more water. If your lips are really dry it is usually a sign of dehydration. I use the new Chapstick Vanilla mint and I find it works well. I have also use blistex medicated pot balm and it was good too.

The best and most effective for dry lips no matter how dry would be CARMEX ointment, it comes in a cute little jar with a yellow lid, mine is right next to me.. good luck.

pure shea butter is sooooooooooooo good really it's great. it is slightly gritty but once it melts into ur skin (give it some time) u'll love it also u could get a very very soft tooth brush maybe one used for babys gums when they're teething and use it to brush warm vaseline on ur lips every night

Vaseline would help. Rub a little milk cream on your lips before you go to bed. Also rub your lips with fingers when they are wet, it will peel away the dead skin.

When it's really dry.... Vasaline (petroleum jelly) is the best!! it does the trick everytime.
However, to avoid getting to that point, it's good to aways stay hydrated and carry chapstick with you. Burt's bees wax is good!
