I am working on a mathematical model entitled "Influence of various
parameters on air impingement freezing of flat food products under slot
jets".For validation of the model I need experimental data about
freezing time of slab food products.If it is possible please send me a

im not sure what your cooling the food with, (freon, anahydrous ammonia, etc.) i was an engineer for a vegetable company and with an ammonia refrigeration system, we generally froze a 8' wide belt of peas,corn, or carrots, approx 6" deep, in the freezer for about 1.5 minutes and daily ran more than 45 000 lbs/per hour

I am betting this is proprietary information.
Why don't you see if a food company will partner up with you on your study? All they would have to provide you is your data after you sign a non-disclosure agreement with them.
