Brew up some regular Lipton's tea and refrigerate it, then soak a washcloth in it and put the washcloth over the burn. It will help relieve the burn. Aloe vera helps, but try to avoid vaseline and stuff like that, because you want your skin to be able to breathe.

If you get it immediately then vinegar is the best to stop the sting - if not until the next day the best thing you can do is just keep coating with lotion preferably with aloe.

Believe it or not,Preparation H cream works wonders!
It contains a topical anesthetic which relieves the sting and the cream is actually good for the skin's dryness.
The ointment works good too but I don't like it's smell not to mention that it is greasy.

Cold Cream :) I don't mean refrigerated face creams. There are products classified as cold creams. They're supposed to take the place of a facial wash and moisturizer but they also work well for sunburns.

Vinegar, dab on liberally after coming in out of the sun. It cools and relieves the sting. Repeat as often as needed.

after you come in from the sun splash white vinager on the burn, wait 20 min. then shower. the vinager will pull the heat out, your skin will be dry but not hurt from the burn, you can treat the dryness with vit. E lotion.

Take a water botter and spray your skin with a mist of water. Take pain pills. Drink water.
