I always see girls who date jerks and wouldnt date guys who are nice and great to be around with.

Jerks are usually good looking, sad but true. And I think the relationship between such jerk and the girl don't last long because they're based on the physical attraction mostly, whereis, when the girl meets the nice guy, and they attract, it goes deeper than just physical, it lasts longer.

For some reason, some girls r just naturally drawn to jerks or guys that r beneath their standards, They r girls that look at the physical side first and jump in with both feet, only to find out a short time later, she was wrong. I`m also tired of hearing about the chemistry, oh my, if the chemistry isn`t right with the nice guy, he doesn`t stand a chance. Shallow thinking on her part.

I don't thinks its looks. Your forgetting all the other thinks that are associated with "nice" guys. Its just usually "nice" guys are boring as *****. Also they are clingy and looserish (yay! made up word). All of those traits equal a guaranteed stalker. The guys that complain are usually the one with no social life/ crap self esteem. They just make themselves sound "good" so they can feel better about their girl dumping their sorry ***. All straight women want confident guys that aren't jerks. I personally think that in LTR's looks is like fourth or fifth on the list. Hopefully a girl will answer and validate what I say.

I really dnt knw why girls seem to date jerks. I guess its because when a girl 1st meets a boy she thinks that he is or will be the perfect gentlemen but eventually he turns out to be huge jerk. It seems as if we always go rite pass the nice guys and go 4 the jerks. What sense does that make?

Because nice guys aren't exciting. However, when they grow up, they'll want to settle down, and will notice the jerk being a jerk, and will turn to the nice guy. The jerk will have to learn to calm down, and be nice himself (or be with with an equal jerk).

Biological wiring. We wanna have sex with the bad boys (Just look at all those manly genes! And jeans...), and settle down with the good guys (They can provide, after all). Sarcasm ends here, btw.
Many girls have low self esteem. Bad boys notice this, and take advantage of this, and the girls don't know enough to get out of the situation. We also have an undying urge to save guys from themselves, lol.

I wouldn’t want to waist one minute with a player or jerk. I think they are really shallow. I am been praying this guy I been seeing really is what he seems like you know the nice guy.

Most girls when they're younger like bad boys.. and then when they get older and want to settle down, they want the nice ones.

maybe because thats wat they think they need is jerk but one day the wrong jerk gon come around and then they gon wish they had a nice guy. But if they are wit a jerk it's probaly because they deserve a jerk

low self esteem .. if they had a good one they would know they deserve better. perhaps also their moms set the pattern of who is in the household..
