It's understandable that you feel the need to cry.
Just do it because it will relieve alot of stress and then
your mind will be more clear as to what your next move
or decision will be. Take time to analyze your situation,
know that you are an important person and you do have
people who love you in your life.Take time out for yourself.
When you are ready, think about the end result, how you
would like things to be and then start a new thought that
things will positively get better. Sometimes people just need
some time and space before they come back around again.
Everything will be ok.

I feel your pain. I am in your position. Please find something to fill that hole in your heart & the depression will ease. It's tough & the broken heart may never go away, but there is somebody out there to help you pick up the pieces. Find them & stay happy. Don't let any person keep you down. I know that you are a better person that broke your heart.

Keep busy with loved ones, go get a new hairdo, quit thinking of the break up and move on..read the bible, ask God for straight, you deserve better...give it time..your better off without someone that isn't with you no more..You will be fine in time...don't listen to depressing songs or see movies that will remind you of hurt and pain...

Try just having conversations with your friends. Watch a movie. Take your mind off it. Read a book. Do anything. You'll survive.
