I don't know about the drug Clozopine and psychosis, but a lot of research is being done with MRI and PET scans to see which part of the brain 'lights up' during prayer. There may be a brain center for religion and there is for speech and other functions.

anti-psychotics make you dumbed down which hides the truth around.
anti-psychotics block the neurotransmitter dopamine in your brain from working which reduces your motor skills and your good feelings.
