If you have to ask, you can't afford it!
There are high roller areas of top casinos that will accept thousands of dollars on bets like this. If you are really that rich you will almost certainly be able to bet tens of thousands of dollars on a single number if you want to.
For most normal people in the normal parts of a casino you can probably bet a few thousand on a single number if you wish to. Of course the odds are against you. If you are contemplating a the double up strategy, it is dangerous and unlikely to win.

Depends on the table. Usually max bet on the single spin equals to 50 or 100 minimal bets.

Whatever the casino will allow... some will let you bet a million dollars, if you can prove you actually have it. If you placed it all on a single number and won, you would win 36 times your bet! But the odds are terrible... I do not recommend it, the reason casinos make hundreds of millions is because most people lose.

it depends on the table. the table will usually specify the minimum and maximum bet. I'm assuming that the high roller tables have very high maximum bets. Check it out.
