very successful - user friendly equipment and not a big time commitment. however, like any diet and fitness program - the success is in the adherence to the program.

I've seen it work pretty well for people (I've known three people who did it). It combines resistance and cardio activity along with a balanced diet, which is good, as long as you stick with it. It's especially effective for those starting out with fitness.

For the long term, in my opinion, is where it gets tricky. As you become more advanced you'll probably need to look outside of curves to get the results you may be looking for. However, that may be my ignorance speaking because I don't know if the program changes much after starting out. Something to keep in mind.

I believe they are as successful as the individual is willing to commit.

You would still need to reduce calorie intake and ensure you keep your heart rate up while exercising their circuit 3x's per week.
