When I have leftover spaghetti noodles I feed them to my hound dog, but he doesn't eat them plain so I saute them with some butter then he eats them up.

Is there any problem with this?

Fire kisser: He did slash on my foot the other day, but he eats grass like cow also so I don't know if I got him sick or if something else did.

First rule of having a dog; if you want it to be fit and healthy never give it human food. It may lead to direhha, vomiting, and or alergic reactions. Well if he ate it only one time, I guess it could be something else, but just dont let him eat it alot because he will eventually get sick

Why chance it just stick to dog food. Sometimes even a small change in a dogs diet can give the "garbage gut" as my vet used to call it. It is deadly in some sensitive dog breeds.

Well, it's not great for him, but occasionally, it can't be that bad. My dog ate an entire bag of Reese's peanut butter cups (he found them on a table and went crazy) once and all that he needed was an enema. LOL. Honestly, dogs are pretty resilient, just don't make it a main part of his diet.
