I used to do that when I was younger. I even held my hand up to my ear like a phone. Maybe you're stressed out about something and it's making you more active in your dreams.

Best turn the sucker off and hide it at night. When you wake up, check to see that you aren't actually calling people. If you are, seek the assistance of a dr, as you may have major problems sleep-walking as well. If not, then it may be that your subconscious brain has a "jerky boys" streak, and is just exercizing its prank muscles at night!

Either you love talking on the phone or you are really trying to reach someone, make contact.
Do you think you've called someone or have you actually called someone?
Before you go to sleep at night try telling yourself to talk to whomever you call in your dream and to remember your dream afterwords.

I would think that you might be feeling kind of disconnected from people. Have you been working or studying alot lately? I know that I have my "all alone" dreams when I feel like I have not had my people time.
