Something you should seriously think about is getting a personal trainer. They can examine what you're doing and adjust your workouts to meet your goals.
Variety is definitely a must when it comes to going to the gym Changing things up and setting goals for yourself really helps. 2 hours at a time may be a bit excessive. Much more than an hour of weight lilfting and you've depleted your energy stores (blood glucose and blood glycogens as well as testosterone). Try finding a like-minded workout buddy, that's really helps to push you and keep you motivated. If you are plateauing, which it sounds like you are, then change up your workout. Also, try something totally new, something maybe you've never tried before, just to see how it works for you.
If you're accustomed to bodybuilding, try some powerlifting moves to stimulate muscles. This would entail focusing more on core lifts (bench press, squats, deadlifts) using higher weights with fewer reps. This may be the change you need to spur growth and some sort of progress that will fuel motivation.
See if there are any safe supplements out there that'll help also.
Yea, maintaining good abs is really hard. What I've found that it comes and goes and during winter months I don't worry so much about it. Unless you're a competitive bodybuilder or something like that, where you can really devote the time and energy to it, it's very difficult to maintain it all the time. I suppose there's a certain level of acceptance sometimes.
Good luck!

Listen to the guy above me. He makes a few good points and I completely agree with some personal training time. At this point, you're just wasting time and not gaining anything. You need variety and you're diet is probably not right. Take our advice and spend some time with a trainer. After only 1-2 years, you should have amazing results. 10 years and no results? Something's wrong.

Don't spend so much time at the gym that you're considering quitting. Commit to making it a habit for life and just go enough to stay strong, fit, and healthy. At a minimum, get 20 minutes of aerobic exercise a day, and weight train 3 days a week for 20 minutes, but shoot for more. Try building up your hip flexors to make your lower ab area seem smaller.

I recognise you run to the gymnasium however you have to truthfully raise a few weights together with your legs. I additionally do not propose understanding for two hours daily when you consider that you perhaps over coaching. Your max time within the gymnasium will have to be approximately forty five mins to an hour. Also you will have to best figure out approximately four days per week when you consider that you have to deliver your frame ample time to get better and rebuild so that you are going to be utterly in a position to your subsequent travel to the gymnasium

Working out too much will hamper your results. Change your routine and cut your workout time down to 1 hour. Only do muscle building exercises twice a week for a while. You need adequate recovery time to get results.

If you're bored and not getting the results you want, you might try chaning your routine. your muscles are most likely used to what you are doing. You need to confuse the muscles which will make them work harder. Keep changing every couple of weeks and add intensity as well. Also try group workouts like kick boxing or tai bo for variety.

The every other day exercise is good.
Perhaps you're not doing the proper exercises on th right machines...? I am about your size, too... you don't weigh much. Check into what you're eating, too. You may just be at a stale mate with your consumption amount equalling what you burn. Perhaps you should ask one of the gym's fitness trainers for advice for your body type. :)

I don't think your going to often, exercise is a good habit you should always keep. If you are not getting the results you want why don't tell one of the trainers what results you want and perhaps he/she can recommend a certain exercise you can do.

well it seems like you answered your own question, you aren't getting results and you want to do other stuff so just go do other stuff then, you missing that couple of hours of working out is really not going to make a difference if you aren't getting results anyway.
