You can buy absinthe minus the wormwood at liquor stores in the U.S.. Unfortunately, absinthe minus the wormwood is just really strong, really disgusting alcohol. If you want the real thing, order it online, but don't skimp on the price. You will be paying way too much for shipping anyway so you might as well make it worth it. Trust me, you want to spend at least $100 total.

Lafee Absinthe is the good stuff, there is a 2 bottle minimum and total cost will run you about $160.00 with shipping. Its the real stuff though, I have ordered it several times.
