I have a habbit of saying abuses frequently like f**k a***** etc etc ..but when i am with a girl and talking to her, i have to just gulp all those things inside of me which make me feel like hell..i feel the things are not complete without using such words....(dont u think so?) and if i use such things the girl and me feel both feel awkward!!!!! why this happens yaar.....

i find no need to swear in front of a lady (or a male) ---- its a habit and you should consider changing the habit --- it only makes you look inarticulate --- choose other words change your speech patterns --- its fun

OK, you need to stop and think about who you are hanging out with. Do they cuss? What about the things you do at home? How about the things you do before and after School?
In order for you to stop or at the very least slow down on the cussing, you need to find out what makes you cuss in the first place?
Then once you find out what, you need to concentrate on getting it under control.
