I have them too and i was able to get pregnant and i now have a little girl. I would suggest you just talk to your obgyn..they often will put you on birth control and that will assist in controlling the cysts. I know a friend who was into herbal remedies who swore by an over the counter herb called Black Cohosh. But as always talk to your doctor first and don't worry its very common.

Ovarian cysts can turn into cancer, but that is very rare. Cysts are very common for women. At one point, every woman has had an ovarian cyst and they normally pop by themselves. Other times, when they don't pop, that's when you have that growth. Most cysts are filled with water. You can still get pregnant with a cyst, but if the cyst grows too big, that can prevent the baby from growing in your womb. Talk to your doctor and see what options you have.
Birth control pills are really good, but if you're trying to get pregnant, then there's no point. Don't let the cysts scare you. I had one that was size of a grapefruit and it popped by itself.

There aren't any natural remedies that i've heard of but if you don't get them treated, they'll mulitply and can cause damage. It will be hurtful when you get your period and to avoid it go on the pill. It can affect your chances of conceiving depending on the places that the cysts are located. Seek medical attention is the only good advice that I can give you. Take care!

every pre-menopausal ovary in the world makes cysts, that is their job and exactly what they are suppossed to do. I have never heard of any "natural" remedies for this, birth control pills can help decrease cyst formation

If you have a cyst on your ovary you need to get it looked at. Cyst can burst and you could loose your ovary, if not taken care of it will mess up getting pregnant.

sometimes cysts do affect your chances of getting pregnant. I dont reccoment any home remidies, your best bet is to get them removed. If the cyst continues to grow it may burst and cause you severe pain, or damge your ovary which will affect fertility and chances of future pregnancy.

It can possibly affect pregnancy. Get checked out, and follow your gyno's advice. I had endometriosis, and ovarian cysts, and they ruptured and hurt so bad! Nothing helped, possibly due to my endometriosis, until I had mine removed.

Talk to your doctor about getting pregnant. It depends on the area and size.
Try body energy healing/balance work.
