Those types of dreams are common when a person is worried that someone they love will leave them. I had a lot of those types of dreams right after my parents divorced. I was afraid that my mom would leave me too. Consider sitting down and writing a list of the things that worry you or frighten you, especially the ones that involve your family. It's a difficult task, but be gentle with yourself. After you write everything down, one at a time, consider what you would do if that fear came true. You are trustworthy to take care of yourself in any situation. Everything you need to know is already in your mind; life is just learning how to access that information. I've learned that anticipation of a scary event is worse than the event itself. When you're done, destroy the list. It's symbolic of letting go of your fears.

If your dreams don't improve after you try this exercise, talk to your parents, a trusted teacher, or a clergy person who can help you understand what these dreams might mean to you.

Good luck. I'm praying that you sleep well.

this is very normal. This is because in your dream, it seems very real, and when you wake up, and you are crying, you are not fully awake, you are still in that moment, but, if you are extremely concerned, DO seek the advice of a professional. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.

It is normal to experience something like this. I have had two dreams that my nieces died due to premature labor and it came true. Sadly their deaths were on seperate days. Hopefully yours won't come true. It can also be underlying problems that you've had when your younger or even now. Try to talk to someone that you trust and is a third party in the situation. It helps a lot, believe me!

its normal...if you have a nightmare that one of your relatives die, its tramatic so it would be normal to cry..dreams are subconcious so its just your body finding a way to release sad emotions.
