Goto to START then Help and Support it will be in there

You don't need to go through the menu's suggested, just goto the one I stated and there is a simple link in there that says
"Undo changes to your computer with System Restore "

First, you must have windows XP. If you have an older version of windows restore is not available. Any of the previous answers should work. When I have a problem finding anything I go to search from the srart menu and type in what I'm looking for. That always works unless I type it wrong or it's not on my computer

Click on Start...All Programs...Accessories...System Tools

You should see it in that list right there...if that doesnt work just do a search on your computer and look up "system restore", that should help.
