I went running a few hours ago. I have asthma so I used my inhaler a lot, and now I'm trembling all the time and was wondering if there was something that could help relax me. thanks!

Once I tried using an inhaler that wasn't prescribed to me (yeah, I know, terrible idea), and I used more than the reccomended amount, and I started trembling and had the most intense nervousness and panic attack I've had in my entire life, with a hell of a lot of trembling. I wouldn't normally reccomend mixing medicines like this, but I had to take 2 Benadryl tablets (same ingredient as Nyquil) just to get rid of the feeling so I could get to sleep.

Hope this helps. Good luck with it.

How many puffs did you take on that thing? You should only have 1-2 every 4-6 hrs, on any inhaled bronchiodilator. If you took too much, have a cup of herbal tea and veg out for a while. It will pass in a few hours. And next time your asthma is that bad while you're running, call it quits for the day and walk home, or call someone to pick you up. You don't need a heart attack from that inhaler.

Go to your room and lay down ..put the lights low.. breathe deeply and concentrate on relaxing on body part at a time. You can put on relaxing music as well. I am sure your inhaler will help too. But you got yourself a little too stirred up and now you need to center yourself. It takes a little while but you start relaxing at the toes and work your way up until your are like jello. You go try that and i think you will find that it will help. Good luck hope it stops soon ..the trembling. :)

Your question does not supply sufficient ideas to be waiting to accurately answer it. a undesirable headache might desire to be the indication of a extra extreme medical situation and should not be ignored. that's fairly real if the undesirable headache is a reoccurring one. the normally happening run-of-the-mill headache may well be cured with intake of water, using aspirin or different headache treatments or perhaps acupuncture technique. If I have been you i might get a medical opinion as to why i replaced into having undesirable issues.
