ok me and my bf have been going out for about 6yrs. well he has been stressin a lot because of school, work , and me. i guess because sometimes he doesnt spend any time with me at all or take me anywhere you know spend quality time, and he knows that it bothers me so it adds to his stress. i try not to show it but he knows me to well i guess i just want a little bit of quality time with him but its impossible because straight after school he goes to work and at 11pm he goes home and thats his schedule. i visit him at work at times and surprise him but i just wish he had more time for me im not selfish is just that i miss him. well anyways he is really stressed out and i have no idea how to relieve his stress so i really need your help. for the guys what can a girl do to relieve your stress(nothing sexual) and for girls how do you help your bf relieve stress when he is stress out esp with work and school. thanks in advance

Just tell him how much you love him in a soothing voice. Express to him how much you care about him without making any demands . Make your goal his happiness. Even if you have something on your mind to talk about. Maybe wait until tomorrow if its late at night. Tell him you appreciate everything he does for you and that you notice how hard he works.
Most of all tell him you are proud of him!!!!

Guys love to know that their girl is proud of them, because it gives them a sense of accomplishment and a selfesteem boost which we all need now and then - especially if we are workin real hard!!!

MAKE SURE HE KNOWS THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF HIM AND LOVE HIM AND APPRECIATE HIM!!!!!

That is what I always do for my boyfriend. He gets home from work at 11 also and works about 5 days a week and goes to school , so I feel where you comin from on this. Make it all about him and he will warm up after awhile and it will be AWESOME!!!! ^_^

im starting to learn a few mistakes that we woman make that affect our relationships more. ive been in one for over 10 years now with no commitment of marriage.i think but im not sure of the answers im about to give you because they are in the first learning stages for me as well. im starting to think that the best thing for you to do for your man is to back off and leave him alone. now im not saying leave him, just give him space. when i start to see my boyfriend under stress, i make myself scarce. i go out and have fun. they like it when the pressures off of them to please you when they are stressed. and i think you being happy in your independence is attractive to them to. also, has your man actually asked you to help him feel better? if not and again dont quote me on this but i think its because they have problems they know you probably cant help them with so what they really want from you is time to figure things out on your own. i think guys are alot simpler than girls. i think they take on the moment at hand and if that stressful moment takes forever then thats where its up to you to count on yourself for your happiness. and also i guess this is where i need advice but if any guys read this, what do you do when a guys stress has gone on for so long that theres literally no room for you and whats the best thing to do to snap him back into thinking about you? well i hope i helped. my email address is skysmama77@yahoo.com if you want to talk or if any men here want to help me with doing the right things to keep my guy plugged into me.

listen, the only way to relieve his stress is to let him know that you want to spend more time but you would be willling to wait till that time
