Puke. That is the best start. Then start sucking down OJ, Water, Pop (regular not diet) or Gatorade. After you throw up and have a few non-alcohol drinks, take two Tyenol then try eating something like micorwave pizza or scrambled eggs with cheese and toast.
Or try to eat a sandwich or something with bulk to it. Not snacky foods or a salad.
Keep drinking fluids. Stay up 2 hours after you take the Tylenol and then take two Aleve. The whole time you are awake you should be drinking and eating. Also, take a bath or shower now so you dont have to in the AM. These next two hours are important. Trust me.
Puke, drink, pills, eat, bathe, drink more, eat more, pills again.
Then sleep. Set your timer for 4 hours from when you go to sleep and have a glass of something to drink next to the bed. Drink it down. Then set your clock for the time you need to get up.
As soon as you get up pop a couple of aleve, drink some juice, eat a hearty breakfast like eggs and bacon or a breakfast sandwich.
All day you will feel groggy and yucky but hopefully you won't feel like throwing up.
Good Luck.

When I get really drunk I usually try to eat some toast or bread I heard it soaks up the alcohol. Drink a huge glass of water right now and drink it if you wake up in the night the water will help you rehydrate yourself because the alcohol dehydrates your body which can cause head aches and other hangover symtoms.

My friend from New Zealand would always eat vegemite toast for breakfast when whe woke up with a hangover.
But I think as long as you drink LOTS of water and stay hydrated, you should be good to go. Contrary to popular belief, coffee does NOT cure a hangover because it only leaves your body more dehydrated. Alcohol is a diuretic and coffee is too, so you're only making it worse.

First, to be honest, I would try to throw up, to get some of the alcohol out of your system. Then, drink some Gatorade to help your body get rehydrated. Get as much sleep as possible and take some aleve and more Gatorade in the morning--and eat something! You might not want to, but it'll make you feel better. Good luck!

Throwing up is usually good; it gets some of the alcohol out of your system. Bad hangover headaches are caused by dehydration. Alcohol sucks water out of your body's tissues, which is why you pee so much when you drink. Sucking water out of your brain makes it knock around in your skull, giving you a headache. Drink twice as much water as you had alcohol to try to replenish that lost fluid.

Most hangovers are caused by dehydration so drink plenty of water, and take a few Tylenol (or whatever you use for headaches) before bed.

Start drinking lots of water to help flush all that cr*p out of your system. Then, when you're able to eat something, make sure it's a high carb, to give yourself a boost that will sustain you for work.
