Exercising and eating smaller portions of food more frequently throughout the day will speed up your metabolism. Instead of 3 large meals, try 6 small ones. If you can exercise twice a day for 30 minutes, it's better than working out for an entire hour once a day.

Eating three well balanced meals a day. Breakfast is the most important meal and should be taken within an hour of waking up. Your bodies metabolism will slow down if this is not done. Second spicy foods for lunch and dinner are also recommendations. This is what i have followed and it works pretty well. My sister is a nutritionist major and she agrees with me. Im sure its not hard to research but this is just advice im not saying this is a for sure thing.

I assume that you're asking how to burn calories more quickly. If that's the case, then the best way to do so is to increase muscle mass, especially if you can lose fat at the same time. There are "tricks" that can be done to fool the body into burning more calories than it needs to, but these methods are dangerous, and not worth the risks.

If you go to your local health food store they can recommend natural vitamins or herbs that can/will increase your motabolism & give you all kinds of energy.

Think about sex/have sex...
It's weird but it's true...look at all the sexually active people...they are so thin and in good shape..hope this help...
Weight lifting also help...increase testosterone level increase metabolism I guess...
