Jesus cares about everything that concerns us.I feel like I have walked into a loaded conversation. I am only answering this question right now.Parents do care about what their children think. However, ultimately they know what is best so they don't just allow their children to do anything they want to just to be liked. May God Bless

Yes He cares about me. But He doesn't "need" me to believe in Him for Him to be whole and complete. I agree with you in that because of His great love for us, He wants us in right relation to Him. He desires that none should perish, but also desires that that love come from our own wills. There's the rub. How do you get a fallen human being to trust you and love you of His own free will. Well you would demonstrate that you loved him/her first. That it is in his/her best interest to be in right relationship with You. I believe the Bible demonstrates that. Oh what a difficult task it would be in my finite mind to try to come up with ways to get others attention and prove to them that I love them. My own children (age 6 and 9) sometimes doubt my love, I imagine, when I tell them, "NO, you cannot do that". Or "Here take this medicine, it will make you well. Never mind that it tastes like dirt. It is good for you." But nothing is difficult for God, just maybe frustrating. Thanks for posting that.

I don't think the Bible implies that Christ cares much about opinions, but maybe; although I can't imagine why. He is because he IS, they are because they Are; almighty and all forgiving, and we believe Christ is the Savior, so most of the rest doesn't matter much. Were you going to ask him what color dress to wear tonight or something?

Um, newsflash, Jesus has been dead for over 2,000 years. He doesn't give a flying fock what I think. That's the nice thing about being dead, you no longer have to care about anyone's opinion.

I am sure that Jesus does, It's the people who claim to speak for him that I worry about.
