Last year Tony won the championship, and broke his ribs in the off-season.

This year Jimmie wins the championship, and breaks his wrist in the off-season.

Hmmm... the beginnings of a curse? =)

Yes, I'm kidding about the "Curse" thing.

And to correct, yes, Tony broke his wrist and only bruised his ribs in the offseason...

Yeah, but at least Tony did his racing.... not falling off a golf cart.

stuff happens. I thought Tony hurt his collar bone. I know he was holding his arm when he got out of the car, but I thought it was his upper arm and not the wrist. It was a crazy wreck that he was in. And yes golf carts can be dangerous!! But no curse!

It does not sound like any curse to me, I just think things happen sometime beyond our control, and there is nothing we can do, I am sure Jimmie did not mean to break his wrist that would just be plain silly and you know it seems it was a accident, they happen all the time, don't make a big deal out of nothing.

Sounds reasonable, only time will tell. I hope your wrong in the end. Who would want their favorite driver to win, I their going to get beat up in the off season?

could be, just hope my boy Casey Mears doesn't get hurt in the off season. He needs to get ready for next season, he will finally be able to show his stuff as a Hendrick motorsports team member.
