In reference to the previous answer, the correct blood sugar (insulin is not directly measured) is 80-120; it is an absolute, rather than a per-person. However, if you have chronically been high or low, it takes some time for your body to adjust once you are back in the safe range.

no, less insulin is as bad as too much insulin. The level depends on a lot of things, a general rule is that normal is between 80 and 120 I think...going by what a good level for my diabetic sister is.
