First of all, I don't beleive in possession per se. I beleive it is some aspect of one's own psyche one has trouble dealing with, repressed emotions, et cetera. If the person beleives in the power of exorcism, then it may work on them. A good pagan exorcism would consist of first consecrating a circle area and later placing your self inside it(when you begin the ceremony), and then having someone else place the "possessed" person in a circle outside of your own which is "sealed"by sprinkling consecrated water or salt around the perimeter, then you would ask the spirit for its name and once you have it, you call upon the Goddess and God and whatever spirits you find helpful to cleanse the person of this "entity". If the person beleives in this power,it should help them overcome their "possession" by shocking their mind into dealing with their problem then and there. Also, I would recommend a beginner not even ATTEMPT this kind of ceremony as it could do more harm than good, to ALL participants.

I am first of all a natural witch,hon....and here's what I can offer/advise, ok?

I use white sage to help remove bad spirits or "negative energies" as I like to call them...from people....I first have them lie down flat on their back.....I then precede to call upon the higher power (God and the Holy Spirit) and I then light the sage, I inhale it....then I have the subject let me blow this on various parts of them...they are fully clothed...completely modest in my practices.....this is one of MANY ways to remove negative or bad spirits from someone...this is a simple way...that's why I am letting you know..

A coach for spells?....as a natural witch...I would be happy to "coach" you..on this type of thing......my only rule is that you know beforehand I use only God as my power...the Holy Trinity....and yeah, I get alot of criticism about using God and spells in the same sentence.... I do NOT use hexes....or mind-altering spells/prayers either...other than that, I feel I am very close with God.....feel free to email me. ... oh yes, and if YOU are not a witch yourself...get another witch to do this..it could have negative "side effects" should you not know how to ground or protect yourself, ok?/

removing negative energiesis not advisable unless you are highly skilled in occult science, it can be dangerous and can have a negative outcome on the practioner and the subject , I suggest you go and seek help from someone who can perform these operations with you although weaker energies may be cleared by asimple lesser banishing ritaul of the pentagram or greater hexagram banishing ritual -just web search these - these are not dangerous at all - however if this doesn't work you will need help

Study what makes that person do/say the things that they do. There is a motive for EVERYTHING. A true student studies everything. getting a bad spirit out of someones body can be done by smudging--take a wand of sage, and burn it so it smolders and then wave it around their body so that the smoke passes over them --coaching in magcik and spellwork should be done by someone close to you(locally) not over the internet
