God does understand our opinions but He is always right. People nowadays want a fast food spirituality; they want to have it their way, to be able to pick and choose what they want in life.
That's a really bad way to go; besides, it's a violation of the Ten Commandments ("thou shalt not make an idol"...and yes, ideas can be considered "idols" as much as money and sex).
A former pastor at my church said that America embraces an individualistic culture; it's all about the individual, not God. This can be seen in the freak show that is Hollywood; you can't get more hedonistic and amoral than Tinsel Town. For ages, it's always been about attention-hungry actors and actresses. Nowadays, it's been about attention-hungry, talentless people who feel that God and morality are beneath them. No wonder the Hollywood machine very rarely makes anything Christian-themed.
People need to wake up and smell the coffee. Religion can't save them, works can't save them, and Kabbalah DEFINITELY can't save them.

it really is particularly a lot what you'll discover in any nicely written employ. the further stuff is all sensible. I take it that the hearth pit is a community amenity and for that reason, convinced he can set regulations with a view to save it effective for anybody, as well as to dodge someone from starting up a hearth that ought to get uncontrolled. 2 vehicle in line with unit is particularly established, criminality is continually banned in a employ, as well as beside the point habit from tenants and their travellers. Any complicated you employ from also receives on your tail pronto if cigarette butts are littering the realm round your unit. i have by no skill rented an condominium the position i could not administration the warm temperature, on the different hand i have continually had to pay my utilities. So convinced, i am going to assert the thermostat situation is extraordinary, besides the very shown truth that if the owner continues to be authentic to adjusting it if want be, it should not be a difficulty.

I agree that it is true that God exists and yes Jesus never claimed the kingdom is a democracy but God does care. why would He have sent Jesus if he didn't? The Bible says he notices every sparrow that falls to earth, how much more concerned is God for us? He knows the number of hairs on our heads. I agree that God allows us the option of not believing in Him but I also believe it grieves Him deeply when we don't. That and the tone your question takes is pretty harsh, good job proving everyone who think Christians are right wing fundy nuts. The Truth should never be candy coated but it should also be approached with tact, not with the anger that your letter displays. You offended even me! You're not changing any minds here, stop wasting your time.

Do you know I don't care? Do you have proof that it's real? Do you know I have nothing to repent for? I didn't ask to be born into this world. I don't care if your delusion doesn't care about my opinion. I'm supposed to believe that merely by being born I'm a sinner and a bad person destined to burn in hell? I'm supposed to blindly follow along without ever using my brain and asking questions? No thanks. When you have proof of god, heaven, and all the rest of your theories, we can talk more.

Do you know that whatever you read in the Bible was not written by Jesus himself but by his desciples who were human and capable of error because they were not perfect? So this would really mean that the Bible is only as if not less accurate as the Quran or any other holy books in any religion.

The only part I agree with you about is the need to repent and recieve Jesus, however, if he didn't care He never would have provided the opportunity would He? It's because of His love and the fact that we are His creation that He does care about what we think. Read Psalm 139 if you don't believe me.

agree with David T,
except the "logic" part you said.
...I challenge anyone to explain how is it logic can say God isn't real? How can logic disprove LOGOS? (logic is only a tool, not the evidence.) As the matter of fact there is nothing logical with evolution as well. Evolution is quite contrary to logic!!!

In the same spirit as your question, why would God prefer one ritual over another? Why is the shedding of blood required to atone for original sin and other sins?
Since God is infinitely more intelligent than we are, why would such a primitive and barbaric sacrifice of the human form of God be required?
Why did God assume a human form to repay what was owed to him by *us* ...for breaking his rule of not eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?
Something is missing from the God equation.

Does God care about us being saved? Yes-then he his god and would be able to do a better job at least have a single religion. No- why not, he created us said that he loves us but now he dont care if we suffer in hell forever. I'm sorry David if your god is the way you say he is i think he is evil. Why is it that you know the will of God and others dont??? Did God make the rest of us to stupid to recognize him?

The one opinion that God does care about is your opinion on who Christ is. No one will get to heaven on their own merits. No one. He DOES care what you think about His Son. But I agree with you, truth is independant of what my opinion of it is. God does not need us. He didn't create us because of divine loneliness. He is full and complete and would be even if He never created a single thing. That brings me comfort because I know that the God I worship chose to make me. It is His will that I believe in Him and want to know Him. That means also that He will help me to discover Him more and more every day. What a comfort to know that the God of this universe is not limited by the boundaries of my imagination or knowledge. Thank God for that.
