You can get sprays that are very realistic. I don't know where you are in the world, but any major "acting city" (London, NYC, Toronto, LA, Vancouver,Chicago) will have several make-up supply places.

NOTHING!!! It is impossible to color your hair grey! Buy a cheap wig. Do NOT attempt anything with color yourself,trust me I have fixed many peoples hair over the years! Do not ruin your hair for acting.
