Having a high zinc level in relation to copper can raise you metabolism. Don't overdo anything tho. 50mg of zinc a day would be sufficient.

Keep your food spicy, chilli etc increases your metabolic rate

not really but there are supplements for minerals and such that our body is usually difficient in, the most common is chromium picloate.....it really helps to keep the metabolism up.
