Special K (Vanilla Almond) Cereal
Fruits (Except Fruits)
Low fat yogurt
Skim Milk, Water
NO!!!... snacks, carbonated drinks, sugar, etc. NO MEAT!
Please do not give me mean, sarcastic answers. Please be serious. Thanks.

Ok...first of if you are 6ft tall and 180 lbs...aren't you kinda at your ideal weight??? You might want to check your BMI (body mass index) you might not need to lose anything at all. Anyhow the diet that you put on here, might help you lose weight. But it dosen't really sound to healthy...I mean where is the protien?? But if you are looking to make a change for the better. Try this site.. it is full of support. Menu ideas, exercise plans, weight trakers, calorie trackers, all of it. And the best part is that it's all the support of a personal Trainer without the cost. It's free. Ok here is the site...www.sparkpeople.com...Just check it out ok.
And if you do...look me up mandy2007
Good luck and God Bless!

You'll probably lose a few pounds but it doesn't seem like a good long term diet plan. I really think a balanced diet is important, you can't live on these things forever and there are many vitamines and minerals missing in this meal plan. If you are 6 ft and wiegh 180 lbs I don't think you even need to diet. If you aren't happy with the way you look I think being in shape is more important than the amount you weigh. Exercise is just as important as diet for maintaining a healthy weight

Yes, you will lose weight.... for a while. The weight you lose will be mostly water and muscle and very little fat. Your body will start hanging on to the fat as much as it can and you will kill your metabolism. You say no sugar, but check your what you are listing here. Skim milk has 12g of sugar, Yoplait Fat Free yogurt has 14g of sugar, Fruits have a natrual sugar ( these are OK ) and a cup of special K has 4g of sugar. You are 18, 6ft and 180... you would do better to add more activity to your life and burn off the extra calories rather than try and starve them off.

You really need to sneak some protien into that plan, and I think you will succeed. Try adding eggs or peanut butter if yo don't want to eat meat. Also, there are certain kinds of mushrooms that are just as high in protien as a steak, I think they are shitake (forgive the spelling!)

sure you will lose weight, but chances are you'll gain most of it back, its not well balanced you need more protein-fish/chicken breast is healthy meat..and a mix of all fruits is good for losing weight even sweet fruit like strawberries ... has natural sugar that will curve cravings. the amout of grains and calcium are good but you need to add more things to your diet so that you will be able to stick to it.

You need bananas or you will get leg cramps. Personally I think that's a horrible diet. There's no protein.

this doesnt look like too bad of a diet, if you drink alot of cokes and cut them out and start drinking only water you will see alot of difference...eat oatmeal in the mornngs. with all this you still need to have some exercise or you wont see the results..
