This is a subjective question. What are you comparing it to?
If this meat is substituted with beans and whole grains, then the human body is better off without meat.
If you substitute it with lettuce salad, french fries, fettucine alfredo and soda pop, well meat is healthier for you.

Yes it's all right, I feed my dogs a completely raw meat diet. Some raw feeders say that pork is bad to feed, but I don't believe it, I know of a lot of raw feeders that say pork is perfectly fine to feed. Raw bones are great for dogs to eat, cooked bones are dangerous, it's fine for her to eat the bones raw, but I prefer to thaw the bones. Some people occasionally feed frozen meat (usually when they forget to thaw the meat) but I prefer to always feed it thawed. Breed doesn't matter very much, although working dogs do benefit from raw more than just a pet. You cannot feed only raw pig meat and bones though. To have a properly balanced raw diet you'll also have to give her some chicken, beef, turkey, and organs as well, organs are very important, and finely chopped vegetables are a good addition. If you only want to give her bones every now and then, you don't have to worry about that, but if you'd like to start her on an only raw meat diet, then you'd have to start giving her other types of meats, organs, and a few veggies if you like.

If you analysis our digestive system the human body isn't made to consume meat. we do and yes do receive some nutrients , but it is the damaging aspects we should consider on our bowel. So yes balance is good when looking at food but if you look at balance you take into consideration all the body.
Any way good luck on your question

I think 1 serving or less is healthy. 2 or more sounds like too much to me.
