Noooo...it's never true..i read in some articles that there's no scientific evidence between the connection of food and pimples.

I sometimes could get pimples even without eating peanut butter and chocolates for a couple of months (i have sensitive skin though). Pimples are merely caused by the blockage of pores by our skin-oil 'sebum' which sometimes mixed with dirt. That's why we have to wash our skin regularly but not too often. I mean, if you have dry skin, there's nothing you can eat that will make your skin oily, so there's no reason to think it would work the opposite way.

Just keep in mind as long you dont rub oil to your face you'll be fine or touch it. Eat what ever you desire. Peanut butter and chocolate doesn't cause acne or zits because you dont have any reactions or symptoms to it.

I used to love chocolate peanut butter ice cream, yet I wasn't trustworthy to it, and now i like Bunny Tracks ice cream. it somewhat is made by employing Blue Bunny. that's a solid vanilla ice cream with streaks of nutty chocolate. i like the decreased calorie one, yet i do no longer bear in mind no remember if it somewhat is sugar loose or merely mild. My companion had to divorce me, till at last I gave her some. we've now a love triangle.

chocolate produces alot of oils on the skin and thus you get pimples. stress can give you zits.cleanse the face as much as you can and go see a dermatologist if this continues to get worse.
